Gentle storage between production and packaging

The storage system is directly connected to a litho finishing plant and consists of an inspection area, an automatic coil manipulator and 28 double cantilever arms to receive the litho coils weighing almost 11 tons. The new AMOVA packaging system is arranged to follow immediately and the material is fed to it as required. Thanks to the compact design of the system, interim store and packaging line require only little space. This allows an optimal logistics concept for the delivery of packaging materials.
