Fully automated sampling station for X-grade linepipe steels, including downstream packaging line

With the integrated line concept developed by AMOVA, the complete production spectrum from normal to ultra-high-strength steel grades can be sampled and strapped in a single system. The high-performance sample shear for high-strength and ultra-high-strength steel grades cuts strip thicknesses of up to 28.3 millimeters. The system is centrally located in the dispatch hall of our customer's plant and is therefore optimally integrated into the material flow. Production is significantly boosted by shorter throughput times in the areas of sampling and packaging.
