AMOVA supplied a turnkey high-bay warehouse and coil transport systems for aluminium coils weighing up to 32 tons. Two automatic coil transporters (A.C.T.®) handle the coil transport between the warehouse and the finishing lines. The driverless transport system is navigated by laser and ensures gentle pick-up and drop-off of the coil. Material damage is thus excluded. The transport orders are controlled by a material tracking system and executed 100% at all times.
