The line essentially consists of three walking beam systems, two coil lifting cars, a central hydraulic system with six independent valve stands and fully automatic auxiliary equipment such as foil, paper and metal-sheet dispensers, strapping machines for the coil circumference and for fixing the edge protectors, and one eye strapping machine. AMOVA was responsible not only for the mechanical equipment but also for the complete automation, from electrical planning to connection to the Level 3 data system. The visualization system enables the operator to keep a constant eye on the entire machinery and equipment.
